PATRICK, Joseph Nimal

PATRICK, Joseph Nimal - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Nimal on Thursday, December 24th 2008 in Mississauga .  Beloved husband of Jinita. Loving father of Charlton and Audric. Cherished son of Christabell (Rajes) and late Andrew Patrick of Karampon. Loving son-in law of late Manonmany and late Sebastiampillai. Dearest brother of Luckshi ( California ), brother-in-law of Ron Indran and uncle of Angeli. He will be sadly missed by all his relatives and friends.

  Friends may call at the Turner and Porter “Peel” Chapel, 2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga (Hwy.10, North of QEW) on Saturday December 27th 2008 from 5pm-9pm and Sunday December 28th 2008 from 6pm-9pm. Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 10am St Martin of Tours Parish at 1290 McBride Avenue, Mississauga.

NICHOLAS Basil Thurairatnam passed away peacefully in Queen Margaret Hospital , Dunfermline , Scotland after a short illness on Thursday, December 25, 2008, aged 72 years. Loving father of Sonia and Adrian and father-in-law of Jim Kavanagh, beloved grandfather of Katie and Jamie, son of the late A.R. Nicholas(Teacher St.Anthony's College, Kayts) and Blossom Nicholas (Kayts, Sri Lanka) and brother of the late Pius (Rasu) Nicholas (Illavallai and London), late Wilfred (Aras) Nicholas (London), Fabian (Selvam) Nicholas (Southampton) and Pushpam Sathianathan (Bedford). Mrs Getrude Emmanuel passed away on 05.12.08 in London, UK, Loving wife of late Mr. Thomas Emmanuel (District Inspector of Schools) and loving mother of Nirmala Canada), Remigius (former teacher of Central College of Jafffna, Bank of Ceylon at present living in California USA) and Shanthi (UK). Loving mother in law of Atputhanantha, Nalini and Balaskantha.

Loving cousin of late Mr. FNC Saverimuthu (formar teacher at St. Patricks College, Jaffna)

Funeral will take place on Wednesday 10.12.2008 after the mass @ 9.00 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church Ilford Lane Ilford Essex IG1 2NJ. Afterwards burial will take place at City of London Cemetery at Manor Park, London E12

The death is announced of Rev. Bro. Anthonymuthu Thiruchelvam Alphonses (SSJ Brother) of Karampon, Kayts was called to eternal rest in Oslo, Norway on Wednesday 19th of November 2008. Beloved son of late Anthonymuthu & Rasamma and brother of late Christopher and Emmanuel Amirthavasagam (SSJ Brother, Sri Lanka) nephew of Joseph Anthonyapillai, cousin of Aloyasius (Canada), Raymond Amala(Sri Lanka)and of late Theresamma, Rev Fr Emmanuel        ( Madras), Philomin(U K) Uncle of Saro (Canada), Malini(Norway), Ranjini(Sri Lanka), Mervyn(Sri Lanka), Jeno(Norway), Jeni(Sri Lanka) and dear friends of Esmond Sevanthy(Norway), Eiston(Norway). Other relatives are kindly requested to take notice of this information and for all to pray for the repose of the soul of our dear late Alphonses.

Funeral mass will be held on 2nd of December 2008 at St. Hallvard Tøyen. Burial will follow the mass at Grefsen Cemetery.
